Stop Abandoning Yourself in Relationships

Come Home to Yourself.

A gentle, self-paced course for the woman who shows up for everyone else — and is quietly disappearing in the process.

You’re the easy one. The agreeable one. The one who keeps the peace. But somewhere along the way, you lost yourself.

You say yes when you mean no.

You stay quiet when something doesn’t sit right. You explain when one honest sentence would’ve been enough. You check everyone else’s mood before you ever check in with yourself.

From the outside, you look fine. Capable. Easygoing. A good partner, a good friend, a good mom.

But inside there’s a low hum of anxiety that never quite goes. A tiredness from always being the one who adjusts. A resentment you don’t think you’re allowed to feel. And a quiet question you can’t shake: am I living my life, or just performing it?

You’re not too sensitive, too much, or too needy. You’re exhausted from a lifetime of self-abandonment.

You don't need to try harder. You need to come back to yourself.

Welcome to Stop Abandoning Yourself

A self-paced course on nervous-system healing, boundaries without guilt, and finally trusting yourself again.

This isn’t one more thing to do perfectly. It’s a slow, safe path back to you.

Here’s the part most people never get told: you don’t abandon yourself because you don’t love yourself. You do it because somewhere early on, your nervous system learned that staying connected to other people felt safer than staying connected to yourself.

That kept you safe once. But it doesn’t update on its own — which is why insight alone has never been enough. You can understand this pattern completely and still feel yourself do it in the moment.

This course gently teaches your body something new.

What's Inside

Module 01

Awareness — Seeing the Pattern

The Foundation. We start by noticing self-abandonment clearly, and with compassion instead of shame. You can’t change what you can’t see — and the moment you see it, you’ve already begun to interrupt it.

Module 02

Why Your Body Keeps Choosing It

The Science. The nervous-system reason willpower has never worked. You’ll finally understand why you keep doing this even when you know better — and why that makes complete sense.

Module 03

Catching It in Real Time

The Practice. How to notice self-abandonment while it’s happening — in conversations, texts, plans — and pause before you override yourself. The pause is the work.

Module 04

Boundaries Without Guilt

The Shift. How to stay connected to yourself without disappearing, why guilt shows up, and exactly what to do when a boundary isn’t honored.

Module 05

What Begins to Change

The Freedom. The quiet, powerful shifts that come when you stop leaving yourself behind — more space, more self-trust, and relationships that no longer require you to shrink.

About Beth

Beth Schild is a keynote speaker, somatic coach, and breathwork facilitator who intimately understands the pressure to be perfect, to hold it all together, and to keep the peace—even when it comes at the cost of your own well-being. For years, Beth faithfully checked every box: marriage, church, a commitment to doing the “right” thing—even as her true self was quietly fading.

After enduring a 3.5-year divorce and leaving the certainty of a high-control faith, Beth began the real work: reclaiming her own voice and body. Her journey back to herself—marked by learning to trust her breath, heal her nervous system, and stand in her truth—is now the foundation for everything she teaches. Whether she’s guiding professional athletes, women navigating post-divorce life, or anyone feeling lost in their own story, Beth brings her deep lived experience, gentle expertise, and profound empathy to each encounter.

Above all, she believes that safety isn’t a mindset—it’s a physiological state. And that true growth begins with the courage to show up, unfiltered and real.

This is for you if...

You're Self-Aware But Still Stuck.

You’ve done the work and read the books, but you still catch yourself shrinking in the moment.

You Over-Give and Over-Explain.

You manage everyone else’s feelings before your own — and you’re quietly running on empty.

Boundaries Bring Up Guilt.

You want to set them, but the fear of disappointing someone pulls you right back into the old pattern.

You Crave Real Change, Not a Hack.

You’re done with surface-level self-help. You want tools that actually shift how you show up in your relationships.

You have held space for everyone else. It's time to come home to yourself.

You don’t have to keep disappearing to keep the peace. There’s a version of you on the other side of this work who feels present, grounded, and free — who stays with herself even when it would be easier to leave.
